Workshops at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kensington are an extension of what we do every day in the studio—creating space for connection, growth, and real, lasting change.

These experiences are designed to take you a little deeper. Whether it’s through movement, breathwork, education, or community gatherings, each workshop offers something beyond the regular class experience. Yin + Sound Bath
Yin + Sound Bath is a 90 minute experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset. We begin with gentle, long-held yin postures to open the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a sound bath that supports deep rest and integration.

Retreats
Sunlight of the Soul is an opportunity to step out of your routine and into a space designed for real reset and reconnection. From November 2–7, 2026, in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, you’ll spend several days moving, breathing, reflecting, and unwinding in a way that goes beyond a typical getaway. Each day is intentionally structured to support your body, calm your mind, and create space to reconnect with yourself without distraction.

Expect a balance of movement, stillness, and meaningful connection. You’ll be guided through simple, accessible practices that meet you where you’re at, while giving you the tools to carry the experience home with you.
